Our business is based Australia, however we are happy to ship products to most countries around the world, but we suggest you contact us via email before making your order to ensure we do ship to your country and to get an idea of a turn around time. Unfortunately to some countries we cannot ship to.

Delivery time is subject to availability. Most items are shipped within 2 to 4 working days unless notified. Please allow an extra business day to process orders received over the weekend.

Delivery rates are calculated based on Australia Post charges. Whenever possible, we will use cheaper couriers and charge lower rates when available at the time of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, in any way contact us within 60 days of the invoice date. Returns will only be accepted if the items are in original / unused condition with original packaging. Refunds will not be issued if the items have been used in any way.
